SUMMERTIME: The Best of Summer 2018 Officially Launched

Summer is traditionally associated with hot and warm weather, and considered as the hottest of the four temperate seasons where days are longest and nights are shortest. This is also the season where schools and universities typically take advantage of the warmer weather through summer breaks- a great season for longer vacations.

Last April 06, 2018, Apple Tree Resort and Hotel, the premier Resort and Hotel in Misamis Oriental officially launched the summer season through "SUMMERTIME: The Best of Summer 2018" at the resort's Pavilion with loaded events to enjoy, and choose from.

SUMMERTIME consists of different events and activities to watch and experience during the warmth season which will be graced from the month of April until May 2018. The first wave will be the BOHEMIAN NIGHT 2, the second installment of an exclusive theme party with a boho-chic inspiration happening on April 14, 2018 (Saturday) at the Resort's property. Bohemian Night 2 will be the official opener of the summer season with unforgettable laid-back music experience by Northern Mindanao's best of ethno music bands namely "Dodu Abrio and the Viajeros", and "Dhassig Band" complemented by fire dance performance from the a local fire dancer group called "Oro Apoy".

Apple Tree Resort and Hotel is also waving the shore with the introduction of the "SEAFOOD MADNESS", a dinner buffet of different kinds of seafoods with live entertainment which will be launched within the summer season including the resort's Summer Drink of the month.

Additionally, customers will get a fantastic treat with a 30% OFF on all room accommodations namely Deluxe Superior, Lanai, and Suite rooms from the published tariff which comes with complimentary breakfast and pool access for two (2). Selling period will be on April 15 to May 15, while check in dates will be within June to July 2018.

Lastly, the SUMMERTIME will be folded with the main event of summer- the ENDLESS SUMMER Beach Festival 2018.

ENDLESS SUMMER Beach Festival 2018 is the ultimate summer experience loaded with 6 different events to experience and watch our for. This will be on May 25-27, 2018 at the resort's property. The event includes the following:

* SHORE-BREAKS 4: Skimboarding Competition- Now on its 4th installment and considered as the biggest skimboarding event in Northern Mindanao which was introduced last 2015.

* OPEN BEACH VOLLEY Competition- Open to all gender with a team of 3 (2 major players with 1 substitute) ages from 16 to 26 years old.

* ZUMBATHON BY THE BAY 3- The 3rd season of the zumba competition where participants will compete for 3 to 4-hour of Zumba dance marathon.

* PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP and Competition- The 2nd season of the Endless Summer Photography Workshop with seminars, and actual workshop together with a photography competition.

* FASHION SHOW- A Fashion show with summer sportswear theme by Cagayan de Oro Talent Center (CDOTC).

* BEACH AND POOL PARTY- The 2nd year of the exclusive pool and foam party with the beat of unforgettable music experience by some of the Metro Cagayan de Oro's biggest DJ names of today. Last year, Apple Tree Resort and Hotel introduced the first pool and foam party in Northern Mindanao.
