In 2011, Jeffrey founded a company with an Innovative Concepts known today as Priometal Mindanao Corporation which was fully operational in 2012.
Fast forward and shouldered by a mission statement of "promoting and providing innovative building frames and functions technology that is cost efficient for every Juan", Jeffrey launches the BahaiCo, Bahay Mo System, "Making it simpler, faster to complete and more cost-efficient", during the four-day product presentation.
Anchored on existing technologies that can be combined making it stronger, more durable, safer, and faster to complete with a value for money, BahaiCO, Bahay Mo system technically named "iCO Building Frames and FunctionsTM" uses minimal form and shoring works with no wooden scaffoldings. BahaiCO, Bahay Mo is accordingly said to integrate various innovative building technologies into one versatile system guaranteed to deliver stronger, faster to construct, and more economical buildings.
The system being used is said to be similar to the open system architectural concept in computers allowing the creation of add-on products that increase a system's flexibility, functionality, inter-operable, potential use, useful life and enables the end-users to customize and extend their chosen system's capabilities to suit individual requirements.
Among the innovative products introduced during the event were the iCO Meta-JampTM, iCO Meta-PurlinTM (pre-cut, pre-fab, and pre-labeled), iCO Triple FurringTM, and iCOFicemFlusTM Doors.
"Our iCO Meta Purlin are pre-cut, pre-fabricated and pre-labeled in our plant resulting in zero waste.” Jeffrey said. Right now, to help solve our garbage problem, PMC currently innovates the iCO-friendly hollow blocks that recycles shredded non-biodegradable grabage and might be out in the market before the 4th quarter.
The 4-day "invitation-only" event was attended by invited stakeholders architects, housing developers, realtors, homeowners, government officials, contractors, and media personnel, and demo unit is available to check in Dove Street, Barangay Kauswagan, across the Barangay Hall.
