Inline with Higalaay Festival 2019, Cagayan de Oro Whoopers In partnership with SM Uptown Cagayan de Oro and Project LUPAD together with FPV Racing Philippines as the official Race Coordinator brings you the first Higalaay Drone Racing League!
The First Higalaay Drone Racing League will feature VTX 25mw 4S Lap Timing System with 10 Mins allotted time per heat ( Race time and set up time ), 4 Pilots per heat Race Channels during Qualifying Round ( 4 Heats ) with a runtime of 160 minutes.
The First-person view (FPV) also known as Remote-person View (RPV) will be happening on August 27, 2019 at SM Uptown CDO along Las Ramblas Road.
