One of the event highlights of Endless Summer Beach Festival 2019, a three-day summer event presented by Apple Tree Resort and Hotel in partnership with Business Week Mindanao, and Mindanao Daily News held last May 24-26, 2019 at the Resort's property was the Photography workshop and the annual competition highlighted with 2 different sets of contest.
Now on its third year, the Endless Summer Photography Competition had gathered different photographers from mobile to conventional joining this year's fun resulting to a celebration of camaraderie. It started with 2 different workshops on the second day (May 25, 2019) of the summer event sharing the Resource Speakers expertise and knowledge on photography aspects by no less than the Resort's very own Marketing and PR Officer who happens to be the Founder and President of the Camera Club of Cagayan de Oro, Mr Clement Dampal II, and the renowned Drone Pilot and Founder of Project Lupad Mr Dan Albert Pacquiao. The two Speakers stretched and shared their skills on the topics of Mobile, Digital, and Aerial Photography with hands-on workshop session.
On the third day (May 26, 2019), the photographer participants gathered as they played with their acquired knowledge and skills, and watched the participants of Skim boarding National Competition, and Open Beach Volley Tournament maneuvered the tides, and sands at the longest stretch coastline of Misamis Oriental- Opol.
The event ended with the announcement of winners for this year's photography competition both conventional, and mobile categories.
